As geriatric care managers, we have insight into issues surrounding long distance caregiving; housing options; home safety concerns, including adaptations; in-home services; and the emotional aspects of aging. We can provide a professional assessment and plan of action to assist the caregiver in making the right choices with the aged or disabled individual.
